On 4th of November, Lt Gen (Rtd) Abdulrahman B. Dambazau, PhD, CFR (Baraden Kano) Pro-Chancellor, Capital City University, Kano, delivered the 7th Annual Public Lecture of the “Just Friends Club of Nigeria” (JFCN). The theme, “Nigeria’s Security Challenges and the Quest for National Cohesion: A New Paradigm for Internal Security Architecture”, matched the moment perfectly.
